Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Us Drives D4-007-N12-DF-S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vision-System-Denso products, including obsoleted and phased-out Viatran parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Usem product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vision-System-Denso such as the DTC75M2C1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 510BMSX651 manufactured by Viatran and we are pleased to be able to service most Viatran systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U5P3DCR by Manufacturer Usem as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Vitronic Brand 79934 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Valmet such as PDP601 equipment made by Valmet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Valmet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Valmet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E11041340 made by Varian as well as the popular 286JM original spares produced by Us-Motor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the X4C075C by Vacon and PDP601 spares by Valmet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
